Donation Refund Policy

At Navprabhat Foundation, donations play a vital role in supporting our mission and welfare activities. We encourage donors to contribute thoughtfully and responsibly.


1. General Rule

All donations made online through our website are non-refundable, as the funds are immediately allocated to ongoing charitable and welfare projects related to food support, education, environmental protection, and community development.


2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If the same donation is made more than once due to an error.

  • Technical Error: If a transaction fails or an incorrect charge occurs due to network or payment gateway issues.

  • Wrong Amount: If an incorrect donation amount is debited due to a system or technical error.


3. Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 working days from the date of the transaction.

  • Donors must email us with complete donation details, including transaction ID, date, and amount.

  • Once the request is reviewed and verified, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Depending on the bank or payment gateway, refunds may take 10–15 working days to reflect in your account.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Donations made intentionally and successfully are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refund requests without valid proof of error will not be considered.

  • Any misuse or false claims under the refund request process will result in rejection.
